Start-up guarantee for learning

With the Learning by Doing teaching methodology and the Harvard Case Method, this training ensures a participative and practical learning experience, providing a direct benefit to the company.

Unlike other training programs where the student feels academically intimidated and the consultant is more focused on selling services, this approach is different.

The post-training sessions ensure the implementation of the predictive maintenance plan designed during the course.

Carlos torres

Course trainer and author

I am Carlos E. Torres, a mechanical engineer with a master's in mechatronics and a postgraduate degree from Harvard Business School. I have been a maintenance manager and have over 20 years of experience in predictive maintenance. Often, predictive maintenance plans are more intuitive than analytical and rarely committed to financial results. Since 2018, I have been teaching "Implementation of Predictive Maintenance" at PMM Business School, where my students learn to design plans for specific machinery—a learning revelation that shows them the potential of practical application.

The industrial reality is that many engineers fail to design their predictive maintenance plans after attending courses or hiring consultants. With Power-MI, we've proven that it's possible to create these plans in less than a month using agile methodologies. This led us to develop Planeo-PdM in 2022, an innovative methodology to facilitate both the design and effective implementation of predictive maintenance.

Bolstered by a series of successful projects, in 2024, we expanded our offerings with training material under the name "Advanced Planning for Predictive Maintenance."
