      Please note that Power-MI is a B2B Software as a Service targeted at businesses (Clients). During the course of delivering our service, we collect some personal data of natural persons within our Client’s organisation. Where our Service is made available to you by a Power-MI account holder (ex your Employer organisation or a Service Provider) through email invitation to join Power-MI, such ‘Host account holder’ will have a certain level of control over the data that you can view on their Power-MI account. This control may enable the Host account holder to add you to their team or remove you from their account. Power-MI will not be held responsible for the actions of such a Host account holder. If a Host account holder has restricted your access to any information on Power-MI system, such access related queries should be directed to that Host account holder.

      Please note that in order to invite a user to join the Power-MI platform, the existing account holder is required to provide Power-MI with the invitee’s first name, last name and work email address. Power-MI only acts as a ‘Processor’ when sending invitations to join Power-MI on behalf of our Clients who are the ‘controller’ of such personal data.

      We believe in the principle of data minimisation which is why we only collect the personal data that is necessary for us to deliver our Service. This Privacy Notice covers the personal data we process for all different data subject categories, and you may either fall in one or more of these categories.     • Scope of this Privacy Notice
    • This Privacy Notice only applies to the processing of personal data for which the Company is the Data Controller. This Privacy Notice should be read by natural persons who fall within the following data subject categories:

        Data subjects who register an account as “Condition Monitoring Service” on the Website.

      • Maintenance Department or Plant Operator

        Data subjects with an “Industrial or Manufacturing” account on​ power-mi.com. This includes maintenance departments/plant operators whose accounts are linked to service providers as well as those who register an account directly on the Website.

    • Definition
    • For this Privacy Notice the following words shall have the meaning as defined in Article 4 of General Data Protection Regulation as stated below:

      • Service Provider
      • Data subjects in the ‘Service Provider’ category provide us with three types of personal data:

        • When Service Provider creates a free trial account on the Website, they provide us with their personal data such as their first name, last name and work email address (“​Free Account Data​”).

        • When Service Provider subscribes for a paid account, they provide us with their personal data such as their full name, email address, billing address and VAT (“​Paid Account Data​”).

        • When Service Provider send us enquiries or support requests through email or the contact form on our Website, they provide us with their personal data such as their full name, email address, job title and content of their message (“​Support & Enquiries Data​”).

      • Maintenance Department or Plant Operator
      • We receive the following personal data about the Maintenance Department or Plant Operator account holders on Power-MI through the following sources:

        • When a Maintenance Department or Plant Operator is invited by a Service Provider to join Power-MI platform, such Maintenance Department or Plant Operator (“invitee”) can create a free account which is linked to the Host account. To send the invitation, Service Provider provide Power-MI with the personal data for the invitee which includes invitee’s first name, last name and email address (“​Free Linked Account Data​”).

        • When Maintenance Department or Plant Operators register for a paid account on Power-MI, they provide us with their personal data such as their full name, email address, and billing address (“​Paid Account Data​”).

        • When Maintenance Department or Plant Operator send us enquiries or support requests through email or the contact form on our Website, they provide us with their personal data such as their name, their email address, their job title and content of their message (“​Support & Enquiries Data​”).

      • Team Members of Service Providers or Plant Operators
      • We receive the following personal data when Service Providers and Maintenance Department/Plant Operators (Registered Users) invite their Team Members to join Power-MI platform:

        • When a team member of a registered user is invited to join Power-MI, the Company receives some basic personal data for that team member from the registered user such as the team member’s first name, last name and email address (“​Service Data​”).

        • When such team member send us enquiries or support requests through email or the contact form on our Website, they provide us with their personal data such as their full name, email address, job title and content of their message (“​Support & Enquiries Data​”).

      • Website Visitors
      • When someone visits our website, we process two types of personal data:

        • Personal data we collect when the Website Visitor contacts us through the contact form on our website which includes their full name, email address, company name, work phone number and country (“ Contact Form Website Data ”).

Please note that you will be required to sign into your Power-MI account to submit your request. We reserve the right to request you to provide us with additional information to verify your identity before sending you any personal data we hold.

      • Request rectification of any inaccurate/incomplete personal data or request that we delete your personal data. Please note that wherever possible we will allow you to rectify any inaccurate or incomplete personal data by logging into your Power-MI account. However, if you are unable to rectify any personal data yourself, you can submit your request by logging into your Power-MI account. We reserve the right to request you to provide us with additional information before making any changes to your personal data or deleting any personal data.

      • Right to object to processing
      • You have the right to object to Power-MI processing your personal data for marketing purposes such as from sending you any marketing material. We only send marketing material to our Users in the EEA with their express consent that is granted by opting into receiving our newsletters and similar marketing material. You can easily withdraw your consent by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our marketing email. If you are a Power-MI account holder, you will continue receiving any relevant policy updates, notices and other system related emails for the entire duration that your account is active even after you unsubscribe from receiving our marketing emails.

      • If you believe that we are not in compliance with our data protection obligations, you have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. You can find your local supervisory authority here.
